
I believe that every single beginner that embarks on trekking will have this mental process:
BEFORE THE HIKE
Mental Mind: Yes! Today I am going to burn A LOT of calories!!
AT THE START OF THE HIKE
Mental Mind: Yes I am going strong and this will be fine! I can conquer this!
DURING THE HIKE - ALSO THE TOUGHEST WHERE YOU BASH, SKIP, SLID & GRAB ANYTHING
Mental Mind: WHY the bloody hell am I here? What have I signed up for? Omg, when is this going to end? Oh gosh, the step here, then is it that step? ok i need to grab onto that twine, that bark and opps, there is a hole on my left.. nearly missed that one out.. sigh when it is going to END??
AFTER THE HIKE
Mental Mind: I did it!! I SURVIVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
