Although I spent $420 on this course, but I managed to get someone to listen to me and find out what I need to know and change my perspective on things after talking for like seven hours, over two half days. It was good. The pressure that I have been carrying over these few years was released and someone actually told me it is ok to have the thoughts that I have. No one is the same, and no one should expect you to live life as a cookie cutter, following what others always want you to do because they think their way is the best.
To me, this is something beyond seeking counselling for my career. It is like a life counselling session for me. There are life coaches who charges a few thousand dollars for similar courses, and I always thought it was silly to pay money to these blokes. However, after failed attempts to try to figure things out on your own, I come to realise it is worth the time and money to pay someone to give you the necessary help.
The entire course comprises exploration, analysis and follow-up. The entire duration takes about six months to complete. After spending seven hours on exploring, another five hours on analysis, I will be going for my first follow-up session. But I honestly haven't found the time to think over the information given during the analysis. Gosh, I better do so this evening.
Will continue to share with others on my journey to discovering myself during this six-months course.
